A kiállítás témája a NEGATIV dia, ami reflektál a mai világ visszásságáról, mely alkalmazkodik a sötétben levő installációhoz.
Hardware-ként fogható fel, amiben a művészek lehetőséget kapnak arra, hogy a saját munkájukat bemutathassák, és közös kontextusba kerüljenek a témával.

European Sound Delta in Szentendre

Artists’ residencies, sound performances and a radio project across Europe

Organised by MU (France), Rokolectiv (RO) and Arena Media (BG)

This is a recording from the 2004 Vj championship finals in Hungary.  This performance was the winner. The music was mixed by Dj Phos. Apart from the elctronic bits he's using many classic Hungarian punk tracks to add to the meaning of the strong imagery of Riorokoko's live performance video.

Omkamra organizes the second art workshop in Szentendre. Our first workshop last year was quite successful, but with only a few artists. this year we are trying to expend and invite artists from outside of Omkamra. The main goal of this workshop is to develop communication between each other, share ideas and bring up new topics and concepts.

The Terror of Peace is a project by Omkamra. The concept comes from Goya’s The Disasters of War series but there is a significant difference between the two concepts. The Disasters of War series amplifies already terrible and sad events over a horrifying period in history. The Terror of Peace project explores the dual nature of things, in this context the terrifying sides of peace.
